Salted Caramel and Vanilla Baked Cheesecake.

What’s more perfect than a salty caramel sauce, a creamy vanilla filling, and a crunchy biscuit base? Probably nothing (…maybe chocolate).

Seeing this recipe in the Donna Hay magazine made me drool instantly, so I had to give it a go. However, note to self, if you follow her recipe the ingredients and method are fairly inconsistent! Be prepared to make a few adjustments.

Still turned out delicious though…
