Almond frangipane tarts.
I made these earlier this year in my patisserie course. The tarts have a flaky and buttery pastry, a thin layer of apricot jam on the bottom and filled with a frangipane mixture (almond meal, icing sugar, butter). Finished off with flaked almonds and more jam on top!
So yummy and more-ish…try making some tarts today!
