PEACH CRUMBLE CAKE.

Peaches only come around for a few months of the year… so make the most of this gorgeous summer fruit and bake a cake!

I have adapted the recipe by using peaches, but any other fruit can be used – nectarines, plums, apricots, pears. It has a lovely combination of textures, with a delicate soft cake, moist peaches and a crunchy walnut topping.

This peachy cake is best enjoyed in the afternoon sun with a cup of tea.
