LEMON & HONEY ANZAC TART.
After making several batches of Anzac Biscuits last week – I decided to use up any ‘leftovers’ to make a yummy honey tart.
The oaty biscuits add a distinct flavour and act as a crunchy golden base for the tart. Filled with a tangy lemon custard, it’s all made sweet with a hint of honey!
Serve with a dollop of cream and fresh raspberries to turn a simple tart into something special.
