back in action.

MINI CARROT CAKES.

I have just returned home after travelling overseas for a month… so excuse the lack of love i’ve been giving this blog. I also finished my patisserie course and I’m on the search for a job to break into the culinary industry.

But for now, i’m still baking and creating little sweet delights such as these mini carrot cakes. They are moist and delicious with a cream cheese icing and little fondant carrots on top!

Offer the cakes as edible gifts to loved ones or simply enjoy these baked goodies all to yourself.
