ALMOND AND PISTACHIO BISCOTTI.

It’s mid-morning and you are feeling a little peckish. You need a pick-me-up but don’t want the temptation of devouring a whole cake with your coffee. Then I have a solution… this almond and pistachio biscotti!

It’s not something I would normally make, but it’s the perfect little cure for those sweet cravings and it’s delicious too! It uses whole almonds and pistachios but any combination of nuts or dried fruit would work well. It’s crisp and crunchy, keeps for a long time and a great gift idea.

So put the kettle on, it’s time for a coffee break.
