Bananas. Toffee. Pie. Need I say more?…

Who can resist this decadent combination made from a sweet pastry base, toffee filling, whipped cream, fresh bananas and a drizzle of chocolate on top? Not me!

Banoffee pie always leaves a good impression and is such a simple dessert to prepare. I made individual ones but a large pie would work just as well and perfect for a special occasion. Just be prepared to create a little mess when cutting up the masterpiece… but it’s one tasty mess that’s for sure!

Try making a banoffee pie and soon you’ll be going a little bananas too!
