The warm weather has arrived – finally! And when i’m feeling hot hot hot, I certainly can’t be bothered turning on the oven to make a cake…

Instead it’s all about making quick, easy and refreshing treats to cool down – like this delicious berry and banana smoothie! It’s fruity, healthy and perfect for those hot summer days relaxing by the pool or beach. For something extra i’ve also layered and swirled the smoothie to give it the wow factor!
